Not at all! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels and experience. Whether you're completely new to martial arts or returning after a break, our instructors will guide you at your own pace.
Comfortable workout clothes (like a t-shirt and track pants) are perfect for your first session. Once you’ve settled in, we’ll let you know about uniforms or gear if needed. Just bring a bottle of water and an open mind!
Absolutely. We offer classes for different age groups, including kids and teens. Kung Fu builds confidence, discipline, and coordination — it’s a great way for families to train together and grow stronger, inside and out.
